Terms of Service

Kudos generates a bilingual ATS-ready CV plus a Saudi-market-specific career roadmap from information you provide. Every line is approved by you before export. Output is provided as-is and is not a guarantee of employment.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We use email magic links — there are no passwords to remember.

Pricing is shown in Saudi riyals (SAR), VAT-inclusive. Payments are processed by Moyasar. A purchase grants you lifetime download access to the generated CV files for that draft. We offer refunds within 7 days if the service materially fails to deliver — contact billing@kudos.sa.

Suggestions and polishing are produced by AI (Anthropic's Claude). You review and approve every line before export. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the content you approve. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are accurate, free of bias, or suitable for any specific role.

Don't use Kudos to misrepresent your qualifications, generate content for other people without their consent, attempt to break or scrape the service, or use it for anything illegal under Saudi or international law.

You retain ownership of the CV content you provide. By using Kudos you grant us a limited license to process that content in order to deliver the service.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific employment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
